MaryCarmen Esteso DDS

One of the first memories I have is people always commenting on my dimples, which happens to come with my smile, and it has forever made an affinity to me… noticing people’s smiles, and in itself connecting with others. I think it is a blessing and it was my destiny to connect with people.

Education and Experience

I graduated as a Dentist in 1994, soon after that I started my own practice. Then in 2004 I started my first adventure with Real Estate at that time as an investor. Through the years, Commercial Real Estate has been my passion and my hobby. Currently I still practice Dentistry part time, and the most of my time I dedicate to help people as well as businesses, benefit from the opportunities in Commercial Real Estate.

I have done other jobs big and small that have enriched my life in so many ways, such as: clinical instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry, Literacy instructor for children that learn differently, I have served in Peer Review Committees, served as a Chaplain for our local Dental Society, I have been in the Board of Directors for several study clubs, and most recently I am serving on the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the city where I reside. Personal Life

I can speak Spanish, I was born in Santiago- Chile, where I grew up. At the age of 12 my family moved to Mexico City for a few years and then moved further north and into Dallas in 1985. This is definitely my last destination, since I fell in love with the city and it’s people.

I have two adult sons, 3 grandkids, and a loving hubby of nearly 3 decades (okay, I’m giving away my age).

I love my job and it doesn’t feel like work at all, but outside of it I enjoy an active lifestyle, good food, travel, and most of all… family time.
